My physiotherapist recommended this knee brace. It’s been working in recovery of my torn meniscus, the pain I was having in my knee has reduced and I’m finding everyday activity’s easier to manage.

Big thigh issues
I bought this for a suspected meniscus tear, keeps slipping down no matter what I put underneath it, and the bits around the knee are split pretty badly after less than two weeks
