Returns Policy



Return of Items

Items may be returned for exchange or refund of the product only if they are unused (except for test fitting) and returned to our warehouse in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase. Unclaimed items, items returned without original packaging, or those returned after 21 days, may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus any freight charges incurred. Please note, we are unable to accept used, obsolete, soiled or modified products.  

Please complete a returns form (see below), and forward onto info@supportbrace.com.au for review and a Return Authorisation form will be emailed to you to pack with the item/s being returned. Össur is under no obligation to accept items returned without a completed Return Authorisation form.

Delivery Errors

If an incorrect item is delivered please complete a returns form (see below), and forward onto info@supportbrace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item/s.  We will organise a return satchel to be sent to your address for return of the item/s and organise for the correct item/s to be delivered. Failure to notify us within this period will result in you having accepted the goods and thus will need to follow our standard return procedure.

All notifications must be done via email to info@supportbrace.com.au and our team will respond within 2 business days of receipt.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the event of a faulty or damaged product please complete a returns form (see below), and forward onto info@supportbrace.com.au as soon as possible so we can arrange collection of the item/s.  All faulty item/s will be reviewed and tested, and an exchange offered, or refund issued, if the item is found to have failed under warranty. Where an item is found not to be faulty under warranty, or wasn’t damaged prior to use, we reserve the right to refuse exchanging/refunding for the item/s.

*Returns Disclaimer*

To be eligible for a refund, the order number, proof of purchase or proof of ID is required when you lodge for return. Returning items without proof or identification does not automatically qualify for a refund and Support Brace reserves the right to reject the return entirely.
