I suffer from carpal tunnel and after a long day at work typing both my wrists are just so painful. I have been wearing this just over a week while i sleep and sometimes while i work and it has really helped. I first bought the right hand one and bought the left hand one the next day as it was so comfortable and great quality.

It’s helping :)
Recently was diagnosed with moderate severity CTS, GP recommended use of Ibuprofen gel topically on wrist area and using a CTS brace at night. Have been using for a couple of weeks and has reduced symptoms.
One night woke and took off this brace and woke a couple hours later with a tingling hand, put it back on and hasn’t happened since.
