Hi Gary,
Thanks for your review and for following the sizing instructions. A properly fitted knee brace should feel snug and supportive, but it shouldn't be uncomfortably tight or restrict circulation. When you first put on the Formfit Tracker, it may feel quite firm as the materials need a bit of time to settle and conform to your leg shape.
If the brace feels excessively tight, causes numbness, tingling, or leaves deep marks on your skin, it may be too small. The brace should provide good support while still allowing comfortable movement. If you're concerned about the fit, you might want to double-check your measurements against our sizing chart or consider if you measured at the right time of day, as swelling can affect sizing.

Almost right
Comfortable, light, supportive, but the bottom (calf) strap can’t be tightened sufficiently.
Why is the pad for the strap Velcro to stick to only 6cm wide?
I guess a user with a large calf would be ok. I don’t, so the Velcro overlaps the pad.
If the pad could be a bit wider - 10cm? there would be enough overlap for the lower strap to be quite supportive
