I like the foot wrap. I get just enough lift to make it worthwhile. Would prefer more lift but I guess my drop feet is medium and the wrap and cuff best suited to mild foot drop. I wear the wrap with bare feet but you could put a light sox on first then use wrap. I then get the wrap attached to the ankle cuff into my Ugh boot. This allows me to walk around my house in winter keeping my feet warm.
