It definitely helped stabilise ankle at night. Was comfortable. I found the buckles a little hard to do up however they were easy to release when taking it off.

Works well & feels like it’s helping so much
Seems to be slowly working on my plantar fascia. Only issue is middle strap is slightly too tight, but otherwise very comfortable at night. No trouble sleeping with it on.

Perfect for night
When I purchased the night time splint, I worried about how I was going to be able to sleep with it on. It's so minimal, I've slept like a baby. It's doesn't cause any disruptions what so ever. I highly recommend this for anyone need a night time splint.
