Allows me to sleep pain free.
I was at my wits end trying to sleep with carpal tunnel pain. No medication worked. These wrist braces were a games changer and I can now put them on before I go to bed and get a good night's sleep.
I did have a heat rash reaction on the underside of my wrist on a few nights that we're warm.

Surprisingly effective
I have terrible Carple tunnel which is constantly annoying.
This brace is the only thing that gives me relief. It's by no means a cure and I can still feel the tingling sensation BUT it is alot more manageable with the Brace.
I wear it when I drive and sleep which are my most irritating times for symptoms.
Also after exercising I will wear it for a few hours/days for that extra support and to help with recovery.
Personal tip: Don't over wear it and allow your hand to not rely to heavily on it.
