The Body Armour Toe Guard foot brace provides protection for the toes when accidental contact could cause pain or be detrimental to the healing process. The guard can be adhered inside a CAM walker or post-op shoe. It works particularly well when K-wires are present and post op protection is required.

I'm excited

I accidentally ordered a men's size, but that's ok. I've ordered a female size and waiting for it to arrive. I've only been able to wear croks for the past 4 years as I broke all my toes on my right foot. I'm so excited to be able to wear all my awesome shoes again. Thank you so very much.

Darco Body Armour Toe Guard

I had an operation to fuse my right big toe which requires me to wear a surgical show for six weeks. These shoes are more like sandals do not provide any protection for your toes. After having had a similar operation on my left big toe a number of years ago I knew that my toes are susceptible to knocks and being stood on which is very painful. I found this toe guard does an excellent job of shielding my toes. I only had two issues with the product. One was that the toe protector is very large and I had to bend the top and wings to a more compact size using heat from a toaster. The other issue was that the surface of the protector that sticks on the shoe is slippery and had to score the surface with a knife so my foot had a better grip. However, overall I would thoroughly recommend this product, particularly if you want to be more active.
