been 8 week since my operation
Done my MCL LCL PCL ACL all at the same time needed a donor for my PCL that didn’t bother putting the ACL back together. Reattached the rest..

Followinh an ACL tear two weeks before going to a remote island to surf - and undergoing physio - bought the brace to eliminate the possibility of a complete rupture. Results as follows:
1. Easy to get on and off, although needs constant tightening bin the water , especially after a heavy beating.
2. Completely eliminated lateral movement in the knee and felt solid at all times.
3. Only drawback is the upper carbon fibre guard on the quad is quite bulky and gets in the way a bit on the pop up and takes a while to get used to, especially on hollow waves. If it was reduced in bulk would make a big improvement for surfing and may eliminte me having to get some form of surgery when I get back.
Well worthwile for me, as I would have had to cancel the trip & try to claim on insurance.

Comfortable and supportive
I have worn this brace at the beach, in the water, over my work pants, straight on the skin….. so far it has stayed in place and been superbly comfortable. My aim is to wear it while mountain biking once my physio gives me the go ahead. At first glance it seems big and bulky, once on, you hardly notice it.
