Online Review Policy

SupportBrace uses a third-party online review platform called Okendo to give users the opportunity to post comments about their purchases and store experiences.  These comments are then publicly viewable on our website and are designed to provide consumers with a fair and relevant guide to the products available for purchase. Please refer to the Okendo “Terms of Use & Service” Policy for further information regarding use of this platform.

SupportBrace reserves the right to moderate these reviews to ensure they are fair, relevant, and suitable for publishing.  Moderation will be performed by our customer care manager.  Any reviews deemed inappropriate, false, or misleading (at the discretion of our customer care manager) will be omitted from the website but held on a register for a period of 2 years.

Product reviews will only be published once a critical mass of 3 reviews have been received on an individual product in order to ensure a balanced representation of overall customer experiences.  Only the reviews of verified purchases will be published. Reviews will be moderated within 7 days of receipt.
