How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping – flat rate $11 within Australia. 

Orders of $80 or more will be freight free within Australia.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will typically take 2 business days to arrive once they have left our warehouse.  Metro areas may receive their items within 1-2 days, and rural areas may be 2-3 days depending on service delivery locally.

A link will be provided via email to enable tracking of your delivery for all orders.

All orders received before 2pm on a standard business day will be processed and leave our warehouse that day (if ordered on the weekend or a public holiday, they will be processed the next business day).

Orders received after 2pm will leave our warehouse the next business day.

Ossur support brace

I had an injury which left me with a crack in the left leg fibula bone. The brace was useful for stabilising the leg in the early stages as I didn't have the leg plastered and I was in a lot of pain. Being an older person, safe mobility was an important issue. The Ossur brace purchased on-line was a good price compared to retail prices, and the on-line description allowed me to select the correct size.

Great Boot

This boot is so comfortable and snug the liner is very smooth inside unlike another boot I had. It was a tad too narrow for my foot however so I wasn’t able to use which is a shame as it was so lightweight and comfortable.
