I purchased the rib belt for my father who had significant pain across his ribs/stomach. He believed he tore some muscles after physical activity, however we had him tested by a few doctors. After testing, he wore the brace which provided much relief with movement and sleeping.

Better than I hoped
Have a torn muscle that had been very painful (thought it was a cracked rib at first!). To be honest I wasn't expecting much but the level of relief is significant. I would recommend this device. Also kudos to the mail room - they got the device to me very quickly even though I stuffed up my address.
